A Snappy feature#117

I have used the app Snappy (dormant) for years for one purpose and it is great. Such a time saver and usefull feature. With Snappy you can take a screen shot and it will stay on screen over top all windows without any other interface showing. Just as if it were a piece of the screen picture sitting there. You can move it around anywhere, even save it to open later. Would love to have the feature in Monosnap. See the attached for a demo. That is cool. http://snappy-app.com

That’s great. It’s such a useful feature. I use it constantly where I need to see something alongside something else . . . instantly.

Any update on this? This is a feature ive been searching for. I found snappy which seemed perfect but no longer works it seems (at least not on MacOS monerey) Havent tried Monosnap but would be an instant 5 stars from me if this feature could be added

Haven’t heard anything as yet. I did find an app with the feature. It’s Dreamshot. Not nearly as nice as Snappy or Monosnap, but does work. Monosnap is great. When we get this float feature, it will be the icing on the cake.

We plan to add this option in the future updates. However, the exact release date isn’t appointed yet. We’re a small team that is why some feature may come with delay.
