Magnifying glass#18

I’d like to suggest two features:

• “magnifying glass”
• “magnifying glass” with transparent shadowing(fading) of other area

Goal:

• I want to create screenshot where I want to visually emphasize some area and optionally fading of other area, fading is required to emphasize viewers attention but provide overall picture
