Add support for jumping between words with "option" + "arrow key" as a normal text editor#54

Please consider adding support for jumping between words when writing ”Text” in image like a normal text editor handles on mac.

Add support for jumping between words by pressing ”option” + ”left arrow” and ”option” + ”right arrow”
Add support for jumping between first position and last position by pressing ”option” + ”up arrow” and ”option” + ”down arrow”
Add support for removing words by pressing ”option” + ”backspace”
